T-55A on display at IWM Duxford.

As it is almost impossible to distinguish an refitted T-54 from an T-55, I am using the common title of T-54/55. The T-54/55 was produced in the Soviet State arsenals. It was also built under license in Czechoslovakia and Poland ( identifiable by the stowage box on the left hand side of the turret.) with little difference between them.
