Uh-Oh another mistake, Jeeps!, How many are out there. They
are now becoming more common than Land Rovers but don't tell a Jeep owner that.
Another thing how do you identify a Jeep?, Data Plate?, well yes and no as
numerous vehicles have new data plates that do not show the manufacturer. So how
else do you tell a Ford from a Willys?; The Answer is you can not at a glance
but try here
to see some differences. So go ahead and make my day by letting me know what
make a particular vehicle is, if it is known to you, and to all those Jeep
owners out there that have Bastardized M201s to look like common Jeeps - SHAME
ON YOU!!

Okay there is no reference to this vehicle in books or at
least not the ones I have on the Jeep but this early series based MB may be a
civilian conversion or even the brain child of a bored owner. If you know
different let me know...PLEASE!.
